ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2PM EST MON THROUGH FRI (EXLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS) SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2PM EST, OR ON FEDERAL HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS, SHIP OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

When tracking your shipment, please allow for 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.

Due to increased reports in lost or stolen packages, orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery unless you email us prior to shipment specifically requesting no signature and assume all resonsiblity for any loss as a result.

Please note, shipping times for FedEx and UPS are in BUSINESS DAYS from the date shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. For example, if you place an order via UPS or FedEx 2 Day on Wed evening, the order would ship Thur. Since their shipping is in business days it would be delivered on Mon. If that Mon happened to be a holiday, then the package would be delivered on Tues. Same applies to Overnight or Next Day orders that ship on Fridays. Sat delivery of FedEx and UPS packages can be arranged if we are notified in advance and the additional charge is paid.
