Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility. You must be 21 or older and operate a real website, channel, newsletter, or audience. We approve and reject applications at our discretion and may ban accounts that violate these terms.
2. FTC disclosure. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to us (for example, “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”) on every page, video, or post containing your referral link or code, per the FTC Endorsement Guides.
3. No health or medical claims. You may not state or imply that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including pain, anxiety, depression, addiction, or opioid withdrawal. One violation is grounds for immediate termination. Describe products only in terms consistent with our own product pages.
4. Restricted jurisdictions. You may not target marketing at, or misrepresent product availability in, jurisdictions where kratom is prohibited. We do not ship where the law does not allow.
5. Age-restricted audience. No marketing directed at anyone under 21, and no placements in media aimed at minors.
6. Prohibited methods. No spam of any kind, no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no self-referrals, no bidding on our brand names or misspellings in paid search, no posting referral links where a platform’s rules prohibit it (including Reddit), and no representing yourself as us.
7. Commissions. 20% of the net sale (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts), tracked by a 30-day cookie. Commissions on refunded or charged-back orders are reversed. Payouts on request at a $100 minimum balance.
8. Coupon sites. Only codes we issue to you may be listed. Listing scraped, expired, or fabricated codes is grounds for removal.
9. Materials. Use our current product images and descriptions. Do not alter lab-test claims or create your own packaging mockups.
10. Termination. Either party may end participation at any time. Accrued valid commissions above the threshold are paid out; commissions from violating activity are forfeited.
