    I drink tea with my kratom in the morning before work and it’s an awesome supplement to take along with the pain that I experience in my lower back and shoulders while I’m on the job. It requires a lot of walking, standing, and heavy lifting so I’m glad that this stuff works!

    Some 5-15 capsules were opened already when I freshly opened the bag, but I just took the powder off the bottom and toss n washed it.
