    I just started using Maha Kali for the sleep effects it gives. I say it’s not too heavy but just right where I can wake up without feeling groggy. I can get to sleep in less than 20 mins after a small dose. I like most reds and so far I enjoy this strain.

    Been using Viable for 3-4

    Been using Viable for 3-4 years now, only Kratom powder. I find the best stuff is from Borneo but when I’ve not had say, Sumatra Red for a few days and try it again, strong pain relief and a beautiful euphoria. I find it’s best to rotate through 5 or more strains. I find using a gram scale with 2 decimal places is critical, and I take notes on what first amount works and what much smaller followups should be. Green Mang Da, Maha Kali give all the goodies. Ultra Enhanced White for sleep plus 5mg Melatonin WORKS LIKE A DREAM.

    The usefulness of all of this has been noticed by Big Ph. who makes not a penny. I find Kratom can replace most pain relievers, does a MUCH BETTER job, USES NO ANIMAL CRUELTY EXPERIMENTATION LABS, is less risky (take too much get headache is all) and for very little cost.
